Schola provides brand strategy, design, and consulting services, including brand diagnostics, brand development, and related marketing and design work. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for a specific paid engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement between Schola and the client, which governs that engagement alongside these Terms.

3. Free Tools and Assessments

Tools on this website, including the free brand assessment, are provided for general informational purposes. Results reflect self-reported answers only, and should not be treated as a substitute for a full diagnostic review.

4. Payment

Fees for paid services are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement and are due according to the terms stated there. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue work on any engagement with an outstanding balance.

5. Intellectual Property and Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to that client. Schola's own pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodology remain the property of Schola Designs & Consultation, LLC and are licensed, not sold, for the client's use.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Brand strategy and design work can change how a business is perceived and operated, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including revenue, sales, or growth, since those depend on factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schola Designs & Consultation, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

8. Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you may receive communications from us related to your inquiry or engagement, subject to the consent choices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
